In this moment we breathe this breath . . . in . . . then out . . . I wish for each of us to see our own personal paradise in our mind. Be this forest and brooke, mountain and sky, sea and sand or stars and planets, please let it in. This gift is always with us. No matter where we are or go to in our physical world. Let us remember today, and then tomorrow twice to open this door and just breathe . . . in . . . then out. This is where our souls renew. This is the place where our hearts will whisper, "Perservere . . . come to the surface . . . burn . . ."---
