a very good friend of mine is dealing both with the pressure of slowly losing a parent to alzheimer's but being the main caretaker of his family,besides his job and full-time school. he always says that he can cope andthat he is 'ok' but he suffers from emotional insomnia and migraine headaches. his heart is hurting...and it's an impossible situation but i wish to help with some of that heartache...
i wish that my friend would be able to sleep, and that he finds the support and strength he needs as he needs it.'

My own father is in end-stage Alzheimer's as well, so I can identify with the unique stresses in play for your friend.
